Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury Set For August

Social media influencer, Jake Paul will face Tommy Fury in his next boxing bout on August 6 at the Madison Square Garden Arena in New York City, New York.

Paul officially announced the fight via a tweet on Thursday morning, with Fury himself also confirming the booking via a video post. The heated rivals were initially meant to face off last December, but Fury was forced to withdraw from the bout due to a broken rib and chest infection. Paul is 5-0 since becoming a pro boxer in January 2020 and is coming off of a sixth-round KO win over former UFC welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley, back in December. Fury on the other hand is 8-0 as a pro and will try to build on a points decision victory over Daniel Bocianski in April.
