Jalen Williams Reacts To UFC Error In Identifying Shakur Stevenson
Will the real Jalen Williams please stand up.
Shakur Stevenson, who just signed a big money multi-fight deal with Zuffa Boxing, was in attendance for UFC 329 in Las Vegas.
He was shown on the jumbotron and during the Paramount+ broadcast. Commentator Jon Anik noted that Stevenson was in attendance.
All good, right?
Nope.
In the graphic identifying Stevenson, he was listed as 2025 NBA Champion and member of the Oklahoma City Thunder Jalen Williams.
Stevenson was shown right after the broadcast showed Thunder center Chet Holmgren.
On social media, the man known as JDub reacted to the error.

UFC President Dana White called out the error after the event, saying, “I just paid Shakur Stevenson a shitload of money, and for some reason we can’t figure this celebrity shit out. They put him up as a fucking OKC NBA player. Are you fucking kidding me? It’s absolutely crazy. We are the absolute worst to ever do the celebrity thing. When we put celebrities up, we are the worst.”
