Jarrell Miller: “I Have To Beat A Brit," Wants To Face Dillian Whyte

Jarrell Miller is ready to face the top contenders in the heavyweight division, but wants to specifically fight British boxers, namely Dillian Whyte.

Miller recently talked about who he wants to face next and stated that his next goal was to face a British boxer so that he can further expand his popularity and become a star in the United Kingdom. Miller is currently unbeaten as a pro and on the verge of challenging for a world title.

“I have to beat a Brit – if I do that, a lot will change. When you are high risk, low reward, people will make excuses not to fight you and the fans will buy into it," Miller said.

It was then when he talked about potentially fighting unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. Joshua is currently looking for an opponent for his next fight, currently scheduled for Wembley Stadium on April 2019. Miller stated that if he can't get the fight against Joshua, then he would love to fight Whyte, the current WBC Silver champion who is fighting Dereck Chisora on December 22

"I am not afraid of Dillian – I'm afraid of no man. If AJ is not ready to face me with a title, then I'll go and whoop Dillian’s butt. It'll help my profile in Britain. He's a clown, nobody is afraid of him. He's got a win over Lucas Browne and that's it," Miller said.

In the meantime, Miller is set to fight Bogdan Dinu on the November 17 Matchroom Boxing USA card in Kansas that will be streamed on the DAZN streaming service.
