Joe Warren Shocked To Be Fighting On The Bellator 210 Preliminary Card

Former two division Bellator MMA champion Joe Warren faces Shawn Bunch later this month at Bellator 210.

The bout is scheduled to take place on the preliminary card, which is news that shocked Warren when he first heard it.

“I didn’t even know that,” Warren told MMA Junkie. “It’s pretty crazy. I can’t believe that. I’m a three-time world champ for Bellator. I think I build Bellator, I believe I was one of the people that helped build Bellator. I love Bellator. I’m not sure why I’m on the prelims, but I don’t make those decisions, I just go to fight. So I’m not really sure why I’m there.”

Arren isn’t the only big name fighter competing on the Bellator 210 preliminary card, as Daniel Weichel, Goiti Yamauchi, Joe Schilling, Jordan Young, Gerald Harris, Chris Honeycutt, Noad Lahat and Brian Moore are all competing on the prelims.

It may not matter to Warren where the bout takes place in the end, as long as he gets paid by Bellator MMA.

“I don’t give two (expletives) as long as you pay me,” Warren said. “I’m not getting paid any less to fight wherever. I sell fights. I’ve brought in headlines and lots of energy to fights in my life. The same people will watch me this fight. I’m just happy to be back in the Bellator cage.”

Bellator 210 takes place on Friday, November 30 from the Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma with John Salter and Chidi Njokuani headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
