John Dodson Hints At Flyweight Return: "I Might Have To Go Back"

John Dodson is looking to return to familiar stomping grounds.

The Ultimate Fighter 14 champion is currently unranked in the UFC bantamweight division, which he has been a part of for over four years now. It appears that Dodson’s time in the bantamweight division may be coming to an end as the fighter recently tweeted that he is considering returning to flyweight:

UFC superstars who love soccer and their favourite clubs

Dodson holds a 6-2-0 record when competing at flyweight, with his only two defeats coming in title bouts against then-champion Demetrious Johnson. Those bouts happening at UFC On Fox 6 and UFC 191. Dodson has had less success when competing up a weight class at bantamweight, going 4-5-0 at 135 pounds.

There is no word yet on when Dodson’s potential return to flyweight can happen or whom that bout will come against.
