Jon Jones Says He’s Done With Israel Adesanya

UFC Interim Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya recently stated that he was going G.O.A.T. hunting and UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones was that G.O.A.T.

The two have gone back and forth in recent days through both interviews and various forms of social media, but Jones may now be done with the growing rivalry altogether.

Jones recently put out a series of now deleted tweets stating that he is done with Adesanya:

Bro how are you going to call me out talking about your “hunting the goat”, and then call me a bully for replying to you?? You sound like you know you can’t beat me right now, so if that’s the case, keep my name out your mouth and we won’t have these problems.

Adesanya would issue the following rebuttal via Twitter:

Which would lead to another now deleted tweet from the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion:

In other news be sure to tune in July 6th for UFC239 as I win title 14. It’s going to be an amazing night of night.

It would seem like the rivalry between Adesanya and Jones will continue, despite Jones not wanting it to go on.
