Top UFC strawweight contenders Mackenzie Dern and Tecia Torres are set to face off at UFC 273 on April 9.
MMA reporter Meni Mayer was the first to report the news of the matchup via a tweet, with Torres also confirming the booking herself via a tweet as well. Dern is 4-1 in her last five fights and will try to rebound from a unanimous decision loss to Marina Rodriguez back at UFC Vegas 39. Torres meanwhile is riding a three-fight winning streak and is coming off of a unanimous decision victory over Angela Hill in their rematch back at UFC 265.
