Main Event Set For Victory FC 57

The main event is set for Victory Fighting Championships 57 and it will be a VFC Heavyweight Title Fight as Daniel Gallemore defends the gold against UFC veteran Razak Al-Hassan.

Gallemore (6-3-0) will be making the second defense of his championship, last defending it against Derek Bohi at Victory FC 55. Gallemore has won three of four fights under the Bellator MMA banner, with those wins coming over Derrick Ruffin, Frederick Brown and Gzim Selmani. Gallemore won the championship when he defeated Titan FC veteran Abe Wagner by submission at Victory FC 50.

Al-Hassan (12-5-0) has only won just one of his last four fights as he makes his Victory Fighting Championships debut. Al-Hassan fought twice under the UFC banner, suffering a pair of defeats to Steve Cantwell and Kyle Kingsbury. Al-Hassan has only competed one time in the last four years, which was a loss to Virgil Zwicker at Bellator 137.

Victory Fighting Championships 57 takes place on Friday, May 5 from the Kansas Expocentre in Topeka, Kansas with Daniel Gallemore and Razak Al-Hassan headlining. The event will be airing live on UFC Fight Pass, while Fightful will be providing quick results when the event comes to a conclusion.
