Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping responded to some choice words Bellator fighter Dillon Danis had for him during the broadcast of UFC Vegas 25.
Bisping who was on commentating duties alongside Brendan Fitzgerald and Paul Felder on Saturday night, responded to a fan's tweet of criticism telling them to go cry about it which prompted Danis to respond with a now-deleted tweet that user DanaExotic was able to screenshot threatening the Englishman with the following.
"You cried when I called you out straight bitch you are, wait till I see you in person."
The UFC Hall of Famer didn't seem to be too phased or worried by the callout and even seemed amused by it, responding with the following tweet of his own where he claimed he doesn't fight in the street let alone against little boys like Danis.
Glad you caught it hahahaa.— michael (@bisping) May 2, 2021
Man that’s funny. That little weasel attention whore is really threatening me in a street fight? Haha I don’t fight in the streets, certainly against little boys but I’m undefeated on the mean streets of clitheroe! https://t.co/27Jdn7CjBM
Danis is currently 2-0 as a professional mixed martial artist but hasn't fought since June 2019 where he submitted Max Humphrey via a first-round armbar at Bellator 222. He's been recovering from reconstructive knee surgery back in March 2020 and has been embroiled within a back and forth rivalry with YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul.
