It did not take long for Michael Chandler to call out Conor McGregor after his fight at UFC 268.
Chandler, the former Bellator Lightweight Champion, took to social media to attempt to plan a 2022 bout against the "Notorious" one.
Recently going to war against Justin Gaethje at UFC 268 in New York City, Chandler would lose via unanimous decision. The fight featured non-stop action, with Chandler and Gaethje landing big blows to the other. Both would end up in the hospital after, but they did receive the Fight of the Night bonus.
McGregor would end up responding to Chandler's tweet, stating, "I’m down at some stage for sure. Great fight the other night Mike, congrats!"
