MMA Junkie has obtained an arrest affidavit, which states that Trujillo had allegedly sent pictures of his genitalia and videos of himself masturbating to a sixteen year old girl. The girl told police that she had asked the former UFC star to stop sending the photos and videos, but seven months after refreshing her social media pages, more images and videos were sent by Trujillo.
The alleged victim believes that Trujillo knew she was underage during the time when the pictures and videos were sent.
Castle Rock Police interviewed the alleged victim, who said that she initially welcomed the exchanges with Trujillo since the fighter was a celebrity, but the victim became uncomfortable once their talk turned sexual and all the photos/videos went sent over. Trujillo had also allegedly asked the victim to send him nude photos of herself, but that request wasn’t fulfilled.
Trujillo had allegedly admitted to the authorities that he had multiple exchanges with underage women and the UFC veteran admitted to knowing that the underage woman who reported him was underage as well. Police searched Trujillo’s phone and found multiple nude images off women, who’s ages couldn’t be verified, while nude photos of Trujillo were found that were sent to the alleged victim.
Bellator MMA veteran Carrington Banks had shared an apartment with Trujillo, but Trujillo told authorities that Banks had no idea of what was going on.
According to MMA Junkie, all the charges against Trujillo are both Class 6 felonies that carry a potential sentence of 12 to 18 months in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $100,000. Trujillo has posted the $10,000 bond this past Wednesday and has since been released from the Douglas County Jail in Colorado. Trujillo’s arraignment has been rescheduled for September 6 and that is when the former UFC fighter can enter a plea.
