The Bellator Welterweight Grand Prix picture gained some much needed clarity after a confusing title fight just weeks ago.

Michael Venom Page had made his name in MMA embarrassing his competition, but faced the biggest test of his career at Bellator 221, taking on former Welterweight Champion Douglas Lima in Welterweight Grand Prix Tournament action.

Page started strong and aggressive with kicks, before being taken down by Lima. The second round began with more success from MVP, who landed a big punch that rocked Lima. However, Page got a little too fancy and was taken off balance by a huge leg kick. Lima followed with a huge punch that knocked Page out cold, giving the man his first loss in MMA.

Lima moves on to the Bellator Welterweight Grand Prix Finals, where he'll compete for the crown, and the Bellator Welterweight Championship he's held before. Lima takes on the winner of the upcoming Rory MacDonald vs. Neiman Gracie fight.
