A women’s strawweight division fight has been added to UFC On Fox 27 as #14 Randa Markos is in action against Juliana Lima.

Markos (7-5-0) has rotated wins and losses throughout her UFC run, with the last fight being a loss to Alexa Grasso at UFC Fight Night Mexico City. Markos also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 20, making it to the semi-finals before losing to Rose Namajunas. Markos has seen all but one of her UFC fights go the distance, a submission loss to Cortney Casey at UFC 202.
Lima (9-4-0) has won just one of her last three in the UFC and that lone victory came over JJ Aldrich at UFC Fight Night 102. Lima has suffered three defeats in her UFC tenure, with two of those losses coming to former UFC Women’s Strawweight Champions Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Carla Esparza. Lima hasn’t earned a victory in just about a year, as her win over Aldrich at UFC Fight Night 102 came in December of 2016.
UFC On Fox 27 takes place on Saturday, January 27 from the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox.
