Anthony Smith steps in for Johnny Walker, faces Jimmy Crute at UFC event in April
Former UFC light heavyweight title challenger Anthony Smith has agreed to replace Johnny Walker against Jimmy Crute at yet to be announced UFC event on April 24, first reported by ESPN's Brett Okamoto. Walker was forced to withdraw from the bout with an undisclosed injury, the promotion has to officially confirm the bout or event.

Smith got back on track in his last Octagon outing, defeating Devin Clark via submission from a triangle choke in the first round at UFC Vegas 15. Crute on the other hand is one of the brightest young prospects in the sport, going 5-1 during his run with the UFC thus far and viciously knocking out Modestas Bukauskus at UFC Fight Island 6 in just over two minutes.

Andre Ewell vs. Chris Gutierrez added to UFC 258
Andre Ewell and Chris Gutierrez will meet at this weekend's UFC 258 event in a catchweight bout of 140 lbs, Gutierrez's team Factory X tweeted out the news. Ewell who recently tested positive for COVID-19 is 3-1 in his last four fights most recently taking a split-decision victory over Irwin Rivera at UFC Vegas 11. Gutierrez has a three-fight win streak halted in his last outing, taking a draw in his return to bantamweight against Cody Durden.

Guram Kutateladze tears meniscus, out of fight with Don Madge at UFC March 13 event
UFC lightweight prospect Guram Kutateladze took to his Instagram to share some unfortunate news, revealing he will need surgery on a torn left meniscus that will force him out of a matchup with Don Madge at a UFC fight night event on March 13. The Georgian fighter has won nine fights in a row most recently beating Mateusz Gamrot in his UFC debut at Fight Island 6 via a split-decision. Madge is on a winning streak himself, having won six in a row and taking a unanimous decision victory over Fares Ziam at UFC 242 in his latest Octagon appearance.
Mike Jackson vs. Dean Barry targeted for May 1st UFC event
Welterweights Mike Jackson and Dean Barry are being targeted for a bout on a yet to be announced UFC event on May 1st, MMA DNA first reported the news. Jackson is 1-1 in his professional career with both fights coming inside the Octagon, last defeating Phil Brooks otherwise known as former WWE champion CM Punk back at UFC 225 via a unanimous decision. Barry is a 28-year old Irishman who is 3-1 and last defeated Abdullah Boushehri at ADW - UAE Warriors 13 via a first-round knockout.

Cage Warriors 122 adds Paddy Pimblett vs. Davide Martinez
Cage Warriors 122 which takes place March 20 from the York Hall in London, England has added a fun lightweight matchup between former Cage Warriors featherweight champion Paddy Pimblett and Davide Martinez, announcing the fight via their official Twitter account. Pimblett is one of the promotions brightest star's at only 26-years old, the Liverpool native is coming off a first-round TKO victory over Decky Dalton Cage Warriors 113, who replaced Martinez as a short-notice replacement for the Italian who couldn't travel cause of COVID-19 restrictions. Martinez will make his promotional debut against Pimblett and is riding a six-fight winning streak.
