A new threat is making his way to the Bellator MMA Light Heavyweight Division according to Newsday as Julius Anglickas has reportedly signed a multi-fight deal with the promotion.

The fighter, in a statement to Newsday, says that he uses a fight or flight mentality when competing in professional MMA.

“It's good for me just because it's fight or flight," Anglickas said earlier this year. "But it gets me alert. It's going to get me ready. It's where I''m not too confident, too cocky. It’s more I feel good, I got this."

Anglickas (5-1-0) enters Bellator MMA while in the midst of a five fight winning streak and he hasn’t suffered a defeat in over three years. Anglickas is a former LFA Light Heavyweight Champion, defeating Clayton York at LFA 60 to win the gold. Anglickas also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3, Episode 8, defeating Karl Reed by unanimous decision.

There is no word yet on when Anglickas is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut, but the fighter will enter a weight class currently ruled by Ryan Bader.
