Chandler (18-4-0) has won two straight since the first meeting with Primus, having defeated the duo of Goiti Yamauchi and Brandon Girtz. Chandler also has a chance to make Bellator MMA history, as a win over Primus will give him the opportunity to become the first three time champion in the promotions history. Chandler is also competing for the third time in 2018, making this year his most active year since 2013.

The yet to be named Bellator event is scheduled from Friday, December 14 from a location to be announced with a main event to be announced. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be announced.
