A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Lincoln as Christos Giagos is in action against Alan Patrick.
Both Patrick and Giagos announced the bout via Instagram, but its spot on the card isn’t known at this time.
Giagos (17-8-0) has won just two of four during his second run in the UFC, with those wins coming over Mizuto Hirota and Damir Hadzovic. Giagos did win one of three during the first run with the UFC, with that lone win coming over Jorge Antonio Cezario De Oliveira at UFC Fight Night 62. Giagos has suffered eight losses as a professional MMA fighter and four of them came by way of submission.
Patrick (15-2-0) has won three of his last four under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Damien Brown, Stevie Ray and the aforementioned Hadzovic. Patrick has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter and both of them came in UFC competition. Patrick has picked up fifteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them came by way of decision.
UFC Fight Night Lincoln takes place on Saturday, April 25 from the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska with Anthony Smith and Glover Teixeira headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
