A bantamweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Island 4 as Danaa Batgerel faces Kyler Phillips.

Batgerel (8-2-0) has won just one of two under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Guido Cannetti at UFC 248. Batgerel started off his professional MMA career with four straight wins, with one of them coming over fellow UFC fighter Kai Kara France. Batgerel has won four of eight professional MMA fights by KO/TKO, while all of his defeats came by way of decision.
Phillips (7-1-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition, having defeated Gabriel Silva by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night Norfolk. Phillips competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 27, losing in the opening round of the reality show to Brad Katona. Phillips also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Episode 4, defeating James Gray Jr. by first round TKO.
UFC Fight Island 4 is set for Saturday, October 3 from Fight Island in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi with Holly Holm and Irene Aldana headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
