It was subsequently reported that Till was forced out of the fight with a collarbone injury, according to MMA Junkie's Nolan King. It was also mentioned that Holland and his team offered to step-up against Vettori.

Holland confirmed his offer to fight Vettori on 11 days notice.

Till (18-3-1) has not competed since a unanimous decision loss to former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker in July. Vettori (16-3-1) is riding a four-fight win streak punctuated by a unanimous decision win vs. Jack Hermansson in December. Holland (21-6) lost a unanimous decision to Derek Brunson in the main event of UFC Vegas 22 on March 20.

UFC Vegas 23 is currently scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 10 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event was expected to be headlined by Darren Till vs. Marvin Vettori and air on ABC.
