UFC fighter Darren Till and a gaggle of friends were recently arrested during a trip to the Canary Islands for allegedly trashing a hotel room and stealing a taxi cab.

A report from the Daily Mail (UK) has stated that Till has been fined 700 euros (approximately $788 USD) for stealing the taxi cab. The UFC star has also been ordered to reimburse the hotel a total of 8,500 euros (approximately $9,570 USD) for the damage done to the room.

It is unknown at this time if Till’s friends were fined separately or what Till has to pay will cover for the damage done by the whole party.

Till was last seen in action in the main event of UFC Fight Night London earlier this year, suffering a second round knockout loss to Jorge Masvidal. Till had previously challenged for the UFC Welterweight Title at UFC 228, suffering a second round submission loss to then champion Tyron Woodley.

The fighter isn’t scheduled for another Octagon bout at this time, but is still sitting at #6 in the UFC welterweight division rankings.

There has been no comment from either Till, one of his representatives or the UFC on the matter at this time.
