Winn (6-2-0) enters the contest while riding a two fight losing streak, dropping bouts to Darren Stewart and Gerald Meerschaert. Winn hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year with that last win coming over Eric Spicely at UFC Fight Night Greenville. Winn has competed eight times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those encounters went the distance.

Neto (9-3-0-1NC) also enters the contest while in the midst of a two bout losing streak with his losses coming to Clint Hester and Trevin Giles. Neto’s last victory came over seven years ago at UFC On Fuel TV 10, where he defeated Anthony Smith by first round submission. Neto has picked up seven of nine professional MMA wins by submission, but he has yet to be defeated via that method.

The yet to be announced UFC card is set for Saturday, December 19 from a location to be announced and with a main event to be announced. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
