A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night: Santos vs. Teixeira as Eduardo Garagorri faces Darren Elkins.

Garagorri (13-1-0) has won just one of two under the UFC banner with that lone win coming over Humberto Bandenay at UFC Fight Night Uruguay. Garagorri is competing for the first time in almost a year, with his last fight taking place on November of 2019. Garagorri has competed 14 times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those bouts went the distance.
Elkins (24-9-0) enters the contest riding a four fight losing streak, dropping bouts to Alexander Volkanovski, Ricardo Lamas, Ryan Hall and Nate Landwehr. Elkins hasn’t earned a victory in almost three years with his last win coming over Michael Johnson at UFC Fight Night St. Louis. Elkins has picked up 12 of his 24 professional MMA wins by decision, with another eight coming by KO/TKO.
UFC Fight Night: Santos vs. Teixeira takes place on Saturday, November 7 from a location to be announced with Thiago Santos and Glover Teixeira headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
