A heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC 252 as Greg Hardy is in action against Khalil Rountree.
Raphael Marinho of Combate first reported the fight, who’s spot on the card isn’t known at this time.
Hardy (6-2-0-1NC) has won three of six under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Dmitry Smoliakov, Juan Adams and Yorgan De Castro. Hardy also competed twice on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series, defeating the duo of Austen Lane and Tebaris Gordon. Hardy has picked up a total of six wins as a professional MMA fighter and five of them came by way of KO/TKO.
Rountree (8-4-0-1NC) is making his UFC Heavyweight Division debut in this bout, having previously competed at middleweight and light heavyweight. Rountree has rotated wins and losses in his last four fights, with the latest bout being a loss to Ion Cutelaba at UFC Fight Night Copenhagen. Rountree has picked up eight wins as a professional MMA fighter and five of them came by way of KO/TKO.
