Report: The Hughes Brothers Settle Tractor Dispute

UFC Hall Of Fame member Matt Hughes and twin brother Mark Hughes have been in a legal battle over the last few months after Mark accused Matt of assaulting his fifteen year old son, who was riding a tractor allegedly owned by Matt.

A deal has been made to end the legal battle, as both parties have come to a comprehensive agreement according to Mark's attorney.

“Any disputes about property – there was more than a tractor – have been resolved by a comprehensive agreement between the parties,” Mark’s attorney Thomas G. DeVore said to MMA Junkie.

The brothers went to court after Mark allegedly failed to honor a restraining order that was placed against him by Matt, as Mark had accused Matt of the aforementioned assault against his son and damaging a tractor.

Mark’s attorney also stated that Mark would hope to one day reconcile his relationship with Matt.

“He’s hoping that down the road him and his brother may be able to have some sort of a relationship at some point and time,” said DeVore.

Matt’s legal issues aren’t over yet though, as the retired fighter is still in a legal battle against his estranged wife, who filed a restraining order against Matt earlier this year after alleging abuse and extramarital affairs.
