Report: Johnny Eblen Faces Chauncey Foxworth At Bellator 218


A middleweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 218 according to Sherdog as Johnny Eblen is in action against Chauncey Foxworth.

Eblen (4-0-0) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this fight and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted almost two years. Eblen has competed four times as a professional MMA fighter and none of those bouts went past the opening round. Eblen has finished all four of his previous opponents, with three of those wins having come by way of KO/TKO.

Foxworth (5-7-0) is also going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this encounter and does so while in the midst of a three fight losing streak. Foxworth hasn’t picked up a victory in well over a year, with that last win having come in August of 2017. Foxworth has picked up a total of five wins as a professional MMA fighter, but he has yet to earn a victory by way of submission.

Bellator 218 takes place on Friday, March 22 from the Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Emmanuel Sanchez and Ashleigh Grimshaw headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
