Report: Leonardo Santos Faces Stevie Ray At UFC Fight Night Stockholm

A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Stockholm according to MMA Junkie as Leonardo Santos is going to be in action against Stevie Ray.

Santos (16-3-1) is back in action for the first time in over two years, with that last bout happening at UFC 204 in October of 2016. Santos will also enter the bout while riding a four fight winning streak, which has already lasted over four years. Santos has picked up sixteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and more than half of them came by way of submission.

Ray (22-8-0) has won just one of his last three under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Jessin Ayari at UFC Fight Night Moncton. Ray is a former Cage Warriors Lightweight Champion, defeating UFC veteran Curt Warburton to win the gold at Cage Warriors 96. Ray has competed in the UFC for nearly four years now and all of his bouts have come on Fight Night cards.

UFC Fight Night Stockholm takes place on Saturday, June 1 from the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm, Sweden with Alexander Gustafsson and Anthony Smith headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
