Report: Person Who Wounded 8 People At A San Antonio Bar Shooting Claimed To Be A UFC Fighter

Last night, a total of eight people were shot and wounded outside of an establishment known as Rebar, which is a bar located in San Antonio, Texas.

KTSA spoke with San Antonio Police Chief William McManus, who stated that the suspect said “don't you know who I am? I’m a UFC fighter from California” before firing the gun and wounding eight people.

The suspect, who still hasn’t been captured or identified at this time, was reportedly a part of a group of drinkers who were denied access to Rebar due to being too drunk in the eyes of the bouncer. It was that denial that led the suspect grabbing a long rifle and shooting eight people, five females and three males, who are all in stable condition at this time.

There has been no comment from the UFC at this time and no further statements have been released by the San Antonio Police at this time.
