A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo according to Raphael Marinho of Combate as Ricardo Ramos is in action against Luiz Eduardo Garagorri.
Ramos (13-2-0) has won four of five under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Michinori Tanaka, Aiemann Zahabi, Kyung Ho Kang and Journey Newson. Ramos has suffered a single defeat in UFC competition and that came against Said Nurmagomedov at UFC Fight Night Fortaleza. Ramos has picked up thirteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and six of them have come by way of submission.
Garagorri (13-0-0) has picked up one victory thus far in UFC competition, defeating Humberto Bandenay by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night Uruguay. Garagorri has competed a total of thirteen times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those encounters went the distance. Garagorri is going to be competing for the fourth time this year, making 2019 his most active year as a professional MMA fighter.
UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo takes place on Saturday, November 16 from the Ibirapueroa Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil with Jan Blachowicz and Ronaldo Souza headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
