Report: Robson Gracie Jr. vs. Billy Goff At Bellator 246


A welterweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 246 as Robson Gracie Jr. faces Billy Goff.

Gracie Jr. (3-0-0) has spent his entire professional MMA career competing in Bellator, defeating the trio of Bryson Bolohao, Oscar Vera and Ameer Basheer. Gracie hasn’t competed in just about a year as his last professional MMA bout took place in November of 2019. Gracie Jr. has competed three times in his professional MMA career and all of those bouts ended by way of submission.

Goff (2-2-0) comes into the contest riding a two-fight losing streak and he hasn’t picked up a win in almost two years. Goff is undefeated under the Bellator banner, having defeated Ryan Hardy Evans by unanimous decision at Bellator 215. Goff previously challenged for the Reality Fighting welterweight title, suffering a unanimous decision loss to Kemran Lachinov.

Bellator 246 takes place on Saturday, September 12 from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with Juan Archuleta and Patrick Mix headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
