A heavyweight division attraction is making its way to the UFC 238 card according to The Daily Telegraph as #12 Tai Tuivasa is in action against #14 Blagoy Ivanov.
Tuivasa (8-1-0) is looking to rebound from his first professional MMA defeat, which came against former UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior Dos Santos at UFC Fight Night Adelaide. Tuivasa has won three bouts in the UFC before the loss, which included a win over former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei Arlovski at UFC 225. Tuivasa has competed nine times as a professional MMA fighter and only one of those bouts went the distance.
Ivanov (17-2-0-1NC) has won just one of two under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Ben Rothwell at UFC Fight Night Wichita. Ivanov is a former WSOF Heavyweight Champion, defeating Smealimnho Rama to win the gold at the WSOF 21. Ivanov also competed in Bellator MMA, where the fighter won six of seven bouts while fighting in the promotion.
