A pair of bouts have been added to the upcoming Bellator 219 card according to MMA Junkie as Joe Schilling is in action against Keith Berry and Janay Harding is competing against Marina Mokhnatkina.
Schilling (3-5-0) has won just one of his last three fights, with that lone win coming against Will Morris via first round TKO at Bellator 210. Schilling has fought just once in the last three years, with his last bout before Bellator 210 coming in June of 2015.
Berry (15-14-1-1NC) hasn’t picked up a victory in almost six years, with his last win coming in June of 2013. Berry is also returning to Bellator MMA after a two-plus year absence, with his last promotional appearance coming at Bellator 170 in January of 2017.
Harding (4-4-0) has won just one of two fights in Bellator MMA competition, with that win coming over Sinead Kavanagh at Bellator 207. Harding has seen three of her professional MMA fights go the distance and the fighter lost each of those bouts.
Mokhnatkina (4-1-0) is going to be making her Bellator MMA debut in this encounter, having previously competed in the Fight Nights Global promotion. Mokhnatkina has previously challenged for the FNG Women’s Bantamweight Title, losing to Liana Jojua at FNG 83 in February of last year.
Bellator 219 takes place on Friday, March 29 from the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California with Saad Awad and Brandon Girtz headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
