It is not a bad thing to have millions of dollars and one of the UFC’s owners in Ari Emanuel recently proved that by reportedly paying $27.5 million on an estate in Beverly Hills.
Variety reported the news. The publication revealed the estate is a spacious 7,877 square feet. It boasts four bedrooms, four full and three half bathrooms. Additional amenities include two guesthouses.
The estate was previously owned by Edward Slatkin and was originally priced at $36 million before dropping to the final sale price of $27.5 million. Slatkin and his wife, Dana, bought the estate in the 1990s. They started looking to sell the land approximately two years ago. A previous owner of the estate is Barrie Chase, an actress and frequent dance partner for Fred Astaire. The home on the estate saw construction completed all the way back in 1925, making the home nearly a century-old.
