Report: UFC Signs Diana Belbita

A new threat is apparently making her way to the UFC because the promotion has reportedly signed Diana Belbita to a multi-fight deal.

Nina Safapour, who is Belbita?s manager, made the announcement of the signing via Instagram:

Belbita (11-4-0) will enter the promotion while in the midst of a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Ana Maria Pal and Cristina Netza. Belbita has suffered four losses as a professional MMA fighter, with three of those coming to UFC/Bellator MMA veterans Cristina Stanciu, Ariane Lipski and Iony Razafiarison. Belbita has competed a total of fifteen times as a professional MMA fighter and only four of those encounters went the distance. Belbita is also returning to action for the first time in about a year when the fighter competes again, as she last competed in August of 2018.

A newly signed Belbita is expected to compete in the UFC women?s flyweight division, which is currently ruled by Valentina Shevchenko.
