Eubanks bounced back strong from a tough first round, dominating Avila in the second and controlling in the third for a clear cut unanimous decision.
Kevin Croom def. Roosevelt Roberts by submission via standing guillotine choke (0:31, R1)
It did not take long for short-notice replacement Croom to drop Roberts and finish him with a ninja choke.
Alexander Romanov def. Rogue Martinez by submission via arm-triangle choke (4:22, R2)
Martinez was out-gunned and out-matched, surviving at the bottom of mount for almost two-full rounds before Romanov secured a submission.
Jalin Turner def. Brok Weaver by submission via rear-naked choke (4:20, R2)
Turner poured it on Weaver, dropping him multiple times across two-rounds. Turner went for the walk-off KO in round two, but referee Herb Dean refused to wave the fight off, leading to a submission finish shortly after.
Bryan Barberena def. Anthony Ivy by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)
Barberena bounced hard shots off Ivy's skull throughout the fight but the latter showed perseverance in lasting the full 15 minutes.
Sabina Mazo def. Justine Kish by submission via rear-naked choke (3:57, R3)
The UFC Apex keeps on inspiring come-from-behind wins. It seemed likely that Mazo was down 2-0 before dropping Kish with a headkick and securing the rear-naked choke.
