Marvin Vettori (No. 6) vs. Kevin Holland (No. 10)

Round One: The main event of the evening is underway and Holland opens the action with a lead leg kick that lands. Holland goes for a body kick but its a bit low and lands directly in the place you don't want to be kicked. Referee Herb Dean temporarily stops the fight to allow Vettori to recover and after a few moments the Italian-born contender gives the OK and the fight resumes. Holland lands a right hook that catches the attention of Vettori and Vettori latches onto Holland and presses him against the fence. Vettori tries to work a takedown but Holland does a good job of keeping the fight on the feet and is able to break the clinch and circles back to the center of the octagon. Holland partially lands a left hook and Vettori gets the fight right back against fence and eventually works in a takedown. Vettori lands a few shots of ground and pound but Holland powers back to the feet but the buzzer sounds and this one is heading to the second round.

Round Two: The second opens and Vettori lands a left hook right out of the gate and follows it up with a takedown and drags Holland to the mat. Vettori works in several shots of ground and pound and begins to transition to a more dominant position where he lands a few heavy shots onto Holland. Vettori contines the ground work and Holland escapes to his feet but the buzzer sounds to end the frame.

Round Three: The third round begins with much of the same as Vettori wastes no time dragging Holland to the mat. Vettori lands a few shots of ground and pound but Holland is able to quickly get back to his feet. Vettori doesn't deter from the gameplan and gets Holland back to the mat yet again. Holland again is able to get right back to his feet and circle back to the center of the octagon. Vettori clinches Holland up yet again but the buzzer sounds and this one is heading to main event rounds.

Round Four: Round number four is underway and Vettori yet again drags this one right to the mat and immediately gains top control. Vettori again lands a few shots of ground and pound and seems very content in riding out the remainder of not only this round, but this fight with top control. Vettori land a few more shots to a grounded Holland and the buzzer sounds to send this one to the fifth and final round.

Round Five: The final frame is underway and Holland lands a right hook but Vettori latches onto Holland and drags him to the mat and gets himself out of danger. Vettori misses a transition, Holland gets back to his feet for a quick second but Vettori drags him right back to the mat. Vettori lands a couple shots but Holland powers back to his feet with about one minute to go but Vettori is able to get him right back on the mat and rides out the final 45 seconds of this one, the buzzer sounds and this one is headed to the judges' scorecards.

Result - Marvin Vettori (No. 6) def. Kevin Holland (No. 10) via unanimous decision (50-44, 50-44, 50-44)

Arnold Allen (No. 10) vs. Sodiq Yusuff (No. 11)

Round One: The co-main event of the evening between this pair of UFC featherweight contender's looking to make the keap into the top five is oficially underway. Yusuff pushes the pace early and narrowly misses an overhand right and Allen immediately lands a perfectly timed takedown. Yusuff locks in a guillotine choke which forces Allen to scramble back to his feet and out of danger. Allen lands a lighting fast straight left that catches the attention of Yusuff. Allen throws a heavy left hook that finds its mark and follows it up with a straight left that sends Yusuff to the canvas but Allen is in no rush for the finish and allows Yusuff back to his feet but immediately takes Yusuff to the mat with another takedown. Yusuff powers to his feet but Allen keeps him clinched up against the fence as the clock ticks down to under a minute left in the opening frame. The pair exchange knees to the body in the clinch and Yusuff is finally able to sneak out and circle back to the center of the octagon where he lands a hook to Allen's body but Allen counters with a straight right as the buzzer sounds and this one is headed to the second round.

Round Two: Round number two is underway and Yusuff just misses a right hook that followed up a head kick that also narrowly missed the mark. Yusuff lands a pair of straight left hands and Allen loads up with a counter right that just misses. Allen lands a wild head kick but he slips, Yusuff almost falls to the mat, Allen lands a few shots of ground and pound but both men end up back on the feet and are now clinched up against the fence. Allen shrugs off Yusuff and circles back to the center of the octagon. Yusuff latches onto Allen and presses him against the fence but Allen walks him across the octagon and is now the one controlling the clinch. Allen pushes off of Yusuff and just misses another head kick as the buzzer sounds and this one will see a third and final round.

Round Three: The third round is underway and Allen immediately initiates a clinch with Yusuff against the fence. Allen lets go and then goes right in for a takedown that partially lands, Yusuff gets right back to his feet but Allen continues to work for another one. Back to the center of the octagon and both men start throwing with not much caution. Allen thinks better of it and gets Yusuff against the fence with a clinch. Allen begins to look quite fatigued and may just want to ride out the final two minutes of this final round, thinking he won the first two frames. Yusuff starts landing a few elbows but Allen is very content to eat the shots while clinched up and he rides out the final few seconds of the fight against the fence until the buzzer sounds, which will send this one to the judges' scorecards.

Result - Arnold Allen (No. 10) def. Sodiq Yusuff (No. 11) via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Sam Alvey vs. Julian Marquez

Round One: This one is officially underway and Marquez narrowly misses a straight right to open the action. Alvey just misses a 1-2 but Marquez connects with a right hook that wobbles Alvey, who retreats to the fence where Marquez lands yet another hook that again stuns Alvey, who remains on his feet for the time being. Alvey partially lands a right hook but Marquez makes him pay with a left hook that lands flush. Alvey lands a straight right that stuns Marquez and follows it up with another straight right but Marquez retaliates with a left hook as the buzzer sounds and an action-packed opening frame comes to a close.

Round Two: The second round opens with Marquez finding a home for a straight right but Alvey returns the favor with a right of his own that lands. Marquez drills Alvey with a straight left that sends Alvey to the mat but Alvey is latching onto the legs of Marquez which forces the latter to lock-in a rear-naked-choke and Alvey goes out cold. Huge win for Julian Marquez.

Result - Julian Marquez def. Sam Alvey by submission via rear-naked-choke (2:07, R2)

Nina Nunes (No. 5) vs. Mackenzie Dern (No. 11)

Round One: This matchup between a pair of UFC women's strawweight contenders is underway. Dern opens the action with a lead leg kick that lands on Nunes and Dern immediately initiates the clinch against the fence. Nunes is able to slip out and circle back to the center of the octagon where she eats an overhand right from Dern, who's then able to secure a takedown. Dern transitions into side control and lands a few blows to the body of Nunes. Dern, now in full mount, begins to reign down some heavy ground and pound and now looks to take Nunes' left arm with an armbar attempt. Dern is adimant on getting the arm and she eventually does which causes an immediate tap from Nunes. What a performance from Mackenzie Dern.

Mike Perry vs. Daniel Rodriguez

Round One: The main card opener is officially underway. Rodriguez opens the action with a left hook that partially lands. Perry narrowly misses a massive right uppercut but follows it up with a right hook that finds a home. Rodriguez drills Perry with an overhand right that stumbles his opposition and follows it up with a left hook that finds its mark. Perry can't connect with a head kick and eats a counter straight left from Rodriguez. Perry surges forward with a level change and succesfully lands a takedown on Rodriguez. Perry rolls out of a guillotine attempt from Rodriguez and gains top control. Perry smoothly transitions to partial side control and rides out the final 20-seconds of the round as the buzzer sounds and the opening frame comes to a close.

Round Two: The second round begins with Perry landing a lead leg kick to the front leg of Rodriguez. Perry eats a kick to the body from Rodriguez but counters with a heavy kick to the lead leg of Rodriguez. A pair of jabs from Rodriguez land flush on Perry's nose and the former lands a straight right that also finds a home. Perry perfectly times another takedown and drags Rodriguez to the mat. Rodriguez does a nice job of powering back to his feet and shaking Perry off of his back. Back on the feet, Rodriguez lands a left uppercut that stings Perry but Perry counters with a nice kick to the body. Rodriguez continues the onslaught of jabs and straight rights and seemingly everything from him is finding a home directly on the face of Perry. Rodriguez lands a straight right, Perry shoots in for a level change while Rodriguez backs up to the fence and that's where this round will end as the buzzer sounds to send this one to a third and final round.

Round Three: The third and final round is underway and Rodriguez opens the frame just as he has the two previous rounds...attack attack attack. Rodriguez lands yet another pair of jabs, Perry shoots for a level change but is quickly stuffed by Rodriguez. Perry continues to eat a bevy of punches from Rodriguez and his bloodied up face is showing it. Rodriguez continues to land every single straight left that he throws and Perry doesn't seem to have any interest in blocking it. Rodriguez then shoots for a takedown but Perry stuffs the attempt and needs a miracle in the final 20-seconds. Perry lands an elbow on the break of the clinch but Rodriguez lands a wild combo as the buzzer sounds and we're headed to the judges' scorecards.

Result - Daniel Rodriguez def. Mike Perry via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-26)
