Randy Brown vs. Jared Gooden

Round One - The co-main event of the evening is underway and Gooden is on the aggressive but just narrowly missed a sweeping front leg kick but lands an overhand right which causes Brown to spin out of further damage, Gooden tries to latch onto the back but Brown shrugs him off and circles back to the center of the octagon. Brown drills Gooden with a right uppercut, slips out of a counter from Gooden and lands another uppercut for good measure as the buzzer sounds to close the opening round.

Round Two - Gooden yet again is the aggressor to begin the round but Brown stops the momentum with a counter left hook. Gooden ducks out of the way of an overhand right attempt from Brown then sends Brown to the mat with a straight left. Brown scrambles back to his feet and blasts Gooden with a straight left of his own and just missed a right head kick that very well could've ended the fight. Brown continues the barrage and wobbles Gooden with a straight right but the buzzer sounds to potentially save Gooden for the time being.

Brown meets Gooden's aggressiveness with a front kick to the body and follows it up with a straight right that lands flush. Brown begins to let Gooden know that he's landing some shots and begins to showboat a bit but his foot is clearly bothering him, possibly from the aforementioned front kick to the body. Brown goes for a judo throw, which possibly confirms the foot issue but he's shoved aside by Gooden but Brown is able to drag him to the mat and goes for a flurry of submission attempts but to no avail, the buzzer sounds and this one is heading to the judge's scorecards.

Elliott again goes for a takedown but is once again shown the door by Nicolau, who avoids a standing neck crank from Elliott as the round comes to an end.

Round Three - The third and final frame is officially underway and Nicolau stops Elliott in his tracks with a straight right but that doesn't divert Elliott from going for the legs, which he uses as a distraction and lands a solid pair of jabs that stymies Nicolau's forward push for the time being. Elliott still can't secure the takedown but Nicolau ends up sneaking in a perfectly timed takedown. Now on top, Nicolau slams Elliott to create a bit of separation to fire off a few shots before Elliott locks him up to avoid any further damage. Nicolau allows Elliott to the feet, the pair trade off a few shots until the buzzer sounds, marking an end to this one.
