Robert Whittaker has made a name for himself during his career in the UFC to be one of the most game fighters on the roster.

Whittaker is once again showing this as he has now teased a very quick turnaround fight after going five rounds in a middleweight title bout with Israel Adesanya just last month.

Whittaker lost via unanimous decision and despite the contest not going his way, Whittaker had some bright moments during the fight and did not get too down about the result despite him losing out on the title.

Whittaker took to social media yesterday to tease a quick comeback to the Octagon.

Many people took this post out of context and presumed that Whittaker was teasing a return to the welterweight division, however those rumours have been shut down by Ariel Helwani.

No specific name has been mentioned or linked yet to fight Whittaker but it will presumably be a top contender.
