A victorious Hansen won the bout with an arm bar, which was the signature submission hold of former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey.
Rousey would take to Twitter after Hansen’s victory to congratulate the fighter on her successful UFC debut:

Hansen has credited Rousey as her inspiration for getting into mixed martial arts in the first place and now the fighter has gotten some recognition from that inspiration.
The recently signed UFC star has already picked up three wins by arm bar in her professional MMA career, while Rousey picked up nine in her career.
