Another title bout has been added to the Cage Warriors 89 card as Karl Amoussou is defending the welterweight title against UFC veteran Dominique Steele.

Amoussou (24-7-2) is making the first defense of the championship, which he won by defeating Matt Inman by first round TKO at CWFC 80. Amoussou enters the fight on the strength of a seven fight winning streak and six of those wins came by first round finish. Amoussou also competed a total of nine times in Bellator MMA and he had also challenged for the promotions welterweight title.
