Trio Of Bouts Added To UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo

Three more bouts have been added to the upcoming UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo card as Hacran Dias faces Jared Gordon, Elizeu Zaleski Dos Santos faces Max Griffin and Luan Chagas faces Niko Price.

Dias (23-5-1) enters the fight riding a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Cub Swanson and Andre Fili. Dias has competed in just about a year, with his last bout against the aforementioned Fili coming at UFC Fight Night 96 last October.

Gordon (13-1-0) is currently undefeated under the UFC banner, having defeated Michel Quinones at UFC Fight Night Oklahoma City. Gordon is a former Cage Fury Fighting Championships Featherweight Champion, defeating Bill Algeo to win the gold in February 2017.

Dos Santos (17-5-0) enters the fight riding a three fight winning streak, which includes a win over former Bellator MMA Welterweight Champion Lyman Good. Dos Santos also competed in the Jungle Fight promotion, winning four of the five fights he competed at there.

Griffin (13-3-0) is looking to build on the momentum of his first UFC win, which came over Erick Montano at UFC Fight Night 98. Griffin is also a former West Coast Fighting Championships Welterweight Champion, defeating Randall Wallace at WCFC 15 to win the gold.

Chagas (15-2-1) has won just one of three fights under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Jim Wallhead at UFC 212. Chagas has only seen just one of his eighteen professional MMA fights go the distance and that one came against Sergio Moraes at UFC 198.

Price (11-0-0) has already earned three wins under the UFC banner, those three wins came over Brandon Thatch, Alex Moreno and Alan Jouban. Price also spent a part of his career in the Fight Time MMA promotion, with six of his wins there coming by way of first round finish.

UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo takes place on Saturday, October 28 from the Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil with Lyoto Machida and Derek Brunson headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
