UFC 232 Preliminary Card Viewership Numbers Are In

This past weekend, MMA fans were treated to the final UFC event on Fox Sports 1 and the UFC’s final event of 2018 in UFC 232.

There was a four fight preliminary card that aired before the pay-per-view on Fox Sports 1, with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei Arlovski suffering a decision loss to Walt Harris in the featured bout.

The Most Popular Prop Bets Placed During MMA Matches

The show brought in an average of 1.15 million viewers according to MMA Fighting, with the aforementioned Arlovski/Harris bout bringing in the most viewers, with 1.46 million checking out that encounter.

Other bouts on the televised portion of the preliminary card saw Megan Anderson defeat Cat Zingano, Petr Yan defeat Douglas Silva De Andrade and Ryan hall defeated BJ Penn. The biggest opposition to the show was an NCAA Football Playoff semi-final round battle between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Oklahoma Sooners, which was won by Alabama.

Up next for the UFC is UFC Fight Night Brooklyn, with a four fight preliminary card airing on ESPN, with the main card streaming live on ESPN+. The featured preliminary card fight on ESPN is going to be a lightweight division encounter as Donald Cerrone is going to be in action against Alexander Hernandez.
