Fight Island was real and fighters were thankful as those who turned in standout performances took home an extra $50,000 dollars.
Leading the pack was Jessica Andrade vs. Rose Namajunas, who took home the Fight of the Night. Rose seemed to have the victory in hand after the first two rounds, but Andrade made a late push in the third round and made it close. In the end, Rose won via split decision, avenging her previous loss against Andrade. Both fighters were awarded an extra $50,000 for their fight. They won Fight of the Night for their first fight back in May 2019.
As far as Performance of the Night bonuses go, Jiří Procházka and Davey Grant won an extra $50,000 for their respective performances. Prochazka finished off Volkan Oezdemir in the second round of their light heavyweight tilt. In the opening fight of the night, Grant smoked Martin Day in the third round, knocking him out cold in the bantamweight bout.
