UFC Fight Night: Poirier vs. Hooker Bonuses

Former UFC Interim Lightweight Champion Dustin Poirier scored a unanimous decision win over Dan Hooker in the main event of UFC Fight Night: Poirier vs. Hooker.

The fight, which was dubbed an instant classic by those who watched it, was also named Fight Of The Night, awarding both the victorious Poirier and the defeated Hooker an extra $50,000 each for their performances.

Also, Kay Hansen, who scored a third round submission win over former Invicta FC Atomweight Champion Jinh Yu Frey and Julian Erosa, who scored a third round submission win over Sean Woodson, picked up an extra $50,000 each for Performances Of The Night.

Much like all the other UFC events during the coronavirus pandemic, there are no live gates and or attendance, since all the shows are held in an empty arena setting.

Up next for the UFC is UFC 251 on July 11, which is going to be headlined by a trio of title bouts in the welterweight, featherweight and bantamweight divisions.
