UFC Rio Rancho took place last night from the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico with Jan Blachowicz defeating Corey Anderson in the main event via first round knockout.

This was the UFC’s second trip to Rio Rancho and the fans turned up for the show, as a total of 6,449 people paid to watch some Octagon action. The live gate for the show was $596,820, meaning an average of $92.54 was paid per ticket for the event.

Four fighters also picked up some bonus money as the aforementioned Blachowicz and Daniel Rodriguez (who defeated Tim Means) picked up $50,000 each for Performances Of The Night, while Jim Miller and Scott Holtzman picked up $50,000 each for Fight Of The Night. A total of $200,000 was handed out in disclosed bonuses for the event, which is the norm for the majority of UFC shows.

Up next for the UFC is UFC Fight Night Auckland, which is going to be headlined by a lightweight division attraction pitting Paul Felder up against Dan Hooker.
