UFC Releases Bryan Battle After Back-To-Back Weight Misses

Battle is cut from the roster.
Via ESPN, the UFC confirmed that fighter Bryan Battle has been released from the roster. The reason for Battle being cut is that he had back-to-back weight misses.
A past winner of ‘The Ultimate Fighter,’ Battle tallied up a 12-2 fight record.
He was scheduled to face Nursulton Ruziboev at UFC 319 in Chicago, Illinois, but the fight was canceled when Battle missed his 186-pound mark by four pounds.
Before UFC 319, he moved up from welterweight to middleweight. Before that, he missed weight in December.
