UFC Star Ryan LaFlare Announces Retirement

Ryan LaFlare has spent a decade-plus competing as a professional MMA fighter, but that time has come to an end for the New York native.

The fighter has taken to Instagram to announce his retirement from the sport of MMA:

 

LaFlare earned a 14-3-0 record as a professional MMA fighter, with notable wins coming over Ben Alloway, Santiago Ponzinibbio, Court McGee, John Howard, Mike Pierce, Roan Carneiro and Alex Garcia. LaFlare was last seen in action at UFC 229, where he suffered a third round knockout loss to Tony Martin.
