UFC Vegas 25 Video Highlights: Giga Chikadze TKOs Cub Swanson

In the co-main event of UFC Vegas 25, Giga Chikadze announced himself as a contender in the featherweight division by dusting Cub Swanson in under a minute.

Giga Chikadze def. Cub Swanson via Knockout (Rd. 1 1:03)

In a coming-out party, Georgia's Giga Chikadze needed just over 60 seconds to finish seasoned veteran Cub Swanson with an absolutely devastating liver kick which crippled Swanson. Chikadze is the real deal, and he's now on a very impressive six-fight winning streak within the UFC. In his post-fight speech, Chikadze respectfully called out Max Holloway, or Calvin Kattar, both fights which promise to be electric.

Ion Cutelaba vs. Dustin Jacoby Go To Split Draw (29-28, 28-28, 28-29)

After a heated face-off on Friday afternoon, Ion Cutelaba came out in the first round against Dustin Jacoby and absolutely dominated, using wrestling and dirty boxing to control Jacoby against the cage. However after the first round, Cutelaba blew his gas tank, and Jacoby took over for the rest of the fight using his out fighting. The fight ended in a draw, which was the correct score for the fight, which was quite an entertaining bout.

Sean Strickland def. Krzysztof Jotko via Unaniamous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)

Sean Strickland displayed his trademark efficient striking approach and notched his fourth consecutive victory over Krzysztof Jotko. Considering he suffered brutal injuries during a car accident in 2018, Strickland has bounced all the way back, and outclassed Jotko the entire fight.

Merab Dvalishvili def. Cody Stamann via Unaniamous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)

Georgia's Merab Dvalishvili displayed his signature relentless pace to overwhelm Cody Stamman to earn his sixth straight victory inside the octagon. Dvalishvili is showing progression on his feet, and he always will have his high-intensity wrestling to fall back upon. Dvalishvili could be an emerging force in the featherweight division.

Post-fight, Dvalishvili called for a fight against Dominick Cruz, who unfortunately is a division below him, but lets hope he gets a high profile matchup in a similar vein to Cruz.
