UFC Vet Destroys Bellator MMA Vet In Russia


The Fight Nights Global promotion out of Russia has been putting on many fantastic events over the last few years.

However, there most recent event in Fight Nights 77 featured a main event pitting UFC veteran Nikita Krylov up against former Bellator MMA Light Heavyweight Champion Emanuel Newton.

It was a main event that didn’t last very long and it also featured a brutal knockout via knee strike.

Unfortunately for Newton, it was he who was getting his face rearranged by a Krylov knee strike.

This was Krylov’s second victory since leaving the UFC and both victories have come under a minute.

Newton has seen far less success since leaving Bellator MMA, having won just one of four fights and two of those losses came in Fight Night Global.

There is no word yet on whom each fighter will battle next or when those potential fights could happen.
