Justine Kish has been a professional MMA fighter for the last seven-plus year, but now the UFC veteran is ready for a challenge of a different kind.

The female fighting sensation will compete on the upcoming season of Ultimate Ninja Challenge, which Kish believe will challenge her because it is something different.

“I just knew it was something different, and it would challenge me, and I wanted something different, I wanted something to do,” said Kish to the Gaston Gazette. “I need goals, I need things to work on. I can’t just sit there and twiddle my thumbs after a loss.”

Kish is currently in the midst of a two fight losing streak in the UFC, with those losses coming to the duo of Felice Herrig and Ji Yeon Kim.

All the participants of the show had to survive in the wilderness with no access to the outside workd and Kish says not everybody made it through to the end.

“This is about being stripped down with limited supplies and going through challenges. So they would just deplete us one way or another, and we would have to tackle or not tackle these challenges,” said Kish. “I can say a few of us made it, and a few of us got all the way through.”

Ultimate Ninja Challenge airs Sunday Nights at 10pm EST. on the Discovery Channel.
