A pair of UFC veterans are going to be headlining the Absolute Championships Berkut 88 event as Thiago Silva faces Chris Camozzi in a light heavyweight division affair.
Silva (20-7-0-2NC) has won two of four fights under the ACB banner, with those victories coming over Jared Torgenson and Daniel Toledo. Silva spent nearly eight years competing under the UFC banner, winning seven of twelve in the promotion. Silva also competed once in the World Series Of Fighting promotion, suffering a first round TKO loss to Teddy Holder at the WSOF 19.
Camozzi (24-13-0) is going to be making his ACB debut in this fight and the UFC veteran hasn’t won a bout in almost two years. Camozzi had three separate runs in the UFC, winning nine fights during those separate times competing in the UFC. Camozzi also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 11, defeating Victor O’Donnell in his lone fight on the reality show.
